Piano Lessons
Piano lessons are available for ages 6 through 106! You're never too old to learn! We have wonderful teachers that keep it fun~ Half-hour weekly lessons are given for a monthly fee ($60 to $70 per month). Music (piano) for the Young Child (ages 4-1/2 to 7)
Piano classes for ages 4-1/2 to 6 specialize in beginning piano-playing skills using the keyboard, the piano, rhythm instruments, and musical activities. Special emphasis is given to ear-training and note-reading. Parents attend with their children. Classes meet on Saturdays for one half hour, and cost $9.00 per lesson.
A free "Round-Up" demonstration lesson is given in October and February, and classes start the following week. Call (608) 784-7555, or E-mail, with your contact info to be notified of the next session. This class has limited availability. If your child is in the first or second grade, you may wish to pursue private lessons instead. This class is taught exclusively by Mrs. Teresa Leithold~ she has 50+ years experience! Many of her students have gone on to be professional musicians, music teachers and performers. But more importantly, whatever their profession, most still enjoy music as an integral part of their lives! Ask your school music teacher where they bring their own kids!
Electronic Keyboard Classes
Play For Fun classes for adults meet for about an hour once a week for a six week session. There are also two continuing sessions. In these group lessons, you will learn to read melody and chords in keyboard style. You will also learn to use features such as drum rhythms, accompaniments and different features commonly found on electronic keyboards. No matter what brand of keyboard you own, this is a fun way to learn a musical hobby! evel II and Level III are also available for adults. Please call if you are unsure which level is appropriate. If you missed any of the previous level's classes or it has been a long time, you may wish to repeat a level. Please pre-register, because due to class size, times could be dropped or changed.
Guitar Lessons
Leithold Music has SUPER teachers for guitar. Weekly lessons are
available for children ages 7 through adult, for beginners through advanced.
Teachers arrange their own schedules and rates are ($60 to $75 a month). Call 608-784-7555
to have a guitar teacher call you with specific information. Don't own a
guitar? Leithold Music has a rental plan for beginners! Rent a guitar for
$20.00 a month up to three months, and all rent paid applies to the purchase of
a guitar.

Drumset Lessons
Anyone wanting to learn to play "drumset" is encouraged to take lessons! GO FOR IT! We have two EXCELLENT teachers!

Bass Lessons

Banjo Lessons
Leithold Music has GREAT Banjo teacher! Rick Sampson teaches weekly lessons for children ages 7 through adult, for beginners through advanced. Rick also teaches mandolin.
